Why Choose ETI?
We aim to be the ‘go to’ provider of junior management training and development
It is the operational improvement that drives the learning & development.
A new approach
apprenticeships HAVE CHANGED. OUR APPROACH matches your aims.
– New Apprenticeship Standards
A new range of Apprenticeship programmes have been developed by employers to suit business needs. ETI can develop and deliver a programme which meets the new qualification and your needs
– Functional Skills
Although English and maths level 2 are required, they are not part of the actual apprenticeship. They are funded, but not via the Apprenticeship levy. ETI can source the funding and provide the training and assessment.
– A new funding system
Whether your company pays the Apprenticeship Levy or not, there is no such thing as ‘free’ apprenticeship training. This means that organisations need to clearly see a return on investment and ETI proves that return as your staff develop on our programme.
ETI is headed by Bob Mackay
Bob has over 20 years experience of training in large organisations and a Phd in the evaluation of training. Formed in 2001 ETI Consultancy has focused solely on team leader and supervisor development.
ETI is on ROATP
ETI consultancy is on the UK Government’s ‘Register of Apprenticeship Training Providers’ (ROATP). This means ETI has been given approval to deliver off-the-job apprenticeship training to organisations in England.
ETI is on DAAP
ETI consultancy is is a member of the ‘Directory of Approved Apprenticeship Providers’ (DAAP). This means ETI has passed rigorous entry requirements and is able to deliver apprenticeships to public sector and local authority bodies.
